Congratulations to our 2022-2023 student recipient of the Kupferberg Cup!
The Kupferberg Cup is an award given to a rising 5th-grade student who best personifies "The Barnesville Way." This award is given to honor and celebrate Ann Kupferberg’s 26 years of dedication to The Barnesville School (1984-2010) as a teacher and Lower School Director. Ann’s love of learning and passion for education helped to shape Barnesville’s Lower School.
In order to be eligible for this award, the student must have been enrolled in Barnesville for the past three or more years. The recipient is voted on by the Lower School faculty. The criteria for this selection are as follows:
Adherence to our character words: kindness, service, perseverance, respect, initiative, courage, cooperation, responsibility, and honesty
